Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ISOCalc application (“the App”), developed and operated by Yelgen (Melih Telli) (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal professional purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Engineering disclaimer

Important: ISOCalc is a calculation and visualization aid. All results, drawings, 3D models, and DXF exports are provided for reference and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any result before using it in design, manufacturing, or any safety-critical application. We are not liable for decisions made based on the App’s output.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining it.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The App may offer premium features through paid subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your Google Play account. Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s policies. Prices and features may change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Do not interfere with or disrupt the App or its underlying services.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. ISO standard names and numbers are referenced for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, including reliance on its calculations or outputs.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
